in respect of admissions for the 2024/2025school year
St. Brigid’s is different
We only provide a service to students whose primary descriptor is a Mild and Moderate General Learning Disability. Usual enrolment time is September and places are offered after March. The most Advantageous entry age:
- Primary school as recommended
- Secondary school when leaving primary school (age 12)
Expression
of Interest
IMPORTANT: For each new application, we need a psychological report (no more than 2 years old) with a specific recommendation for placement in a school for students whose primary descriptor is a Mild and Moderate General Learning Disability.
1. Complete an Expression of Interest form (available in the office or to download below) and send it into St Brigid’s School
2. Include your child’s physio, school, speech and Language, occupational therapy reports and behavioral support plans
3. Visit the school
4. Information is considered by St. Brigid’s enrolment committee and suitability is discussed
5. Additional visit of the school with your child
